Job Description:

As an onsite Admin/Recruiter for Freight Breakers you will report directly to our site manager and be responsible for meeting all staffing requests and administrative requirements including, but not limited to:

- Identifying and sourcing quality and diverse candidates through multiple venues such as job boards, industry-specific sites, college and university campus job fairs and contacts, social media outlets, and other sourcing means.

- Assisting with the development of job descriptions if needed and create and post all open positions.

- Interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments through phone and in-person interviews.

- Hiring qualified candidates for the site operations and completing pre-employment tests, drug screens, applicant background checks, and obtaining required documentation.

- Building professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.

- Maintaining employee files and paperwork.

- Assisting with data entry and payroll.

- Willingness to cross-train and perform other value-added services for our customer

Work Schedule:

Full-time, with mandatory OT when requested.

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM with potential for flexibility as needed to support operations.

Job Requirements

- 0-3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment. Entry level are encouraged to apply.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products.

- Excellent research and follow-up skills.

- Must be able to pass a drug screen.

- Must be able to pass a background check (Felonies will be flagged).

- Must have 2 valid forms of ID. ID/DL and SSC

- Must have reliable transportation.
