How you'll make an impactIn this role, youll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions th meet their unique needs. Youll lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. By building strong relionships with clients and internal teams, youll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client sisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Approprie licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relionships.
- Solid financial acumen.

- Strong written and verbal communicion skills.
- Comfortably engages others in consultive discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

Compension and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
