Main Responsibilities:
- HRIS Administrion
- Maintain and support HRIS plforms (e.g. UKG or similar systems)
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee da through regular audits
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Coordine system upgrades, pches, and enhancements
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
- Cree dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisions
- Analyze HR da trends and provide actionable insights
- Support internal and external audits with required da
- Integrions & Da Management
- Manage HRIS integrions with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
- Monitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds)
- Ensure proper da mapping and system compibility
- Support da migrion and system implemention
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements
- Document system configurions, workflows, and standard opering procedures
- Participe in HRIS implementions and continuous improvement initiives

Educion:
- Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in reled field or equivalent, preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years hands-on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operions
- 2-5 years hands-on experience with UKG suite of products
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service oriention and ability to support end users
- High tention to detail and commitment to da accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborively across teams
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, terminion, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, da analysis)
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creion
- Familiarity with HRIS integrions, file transfers, and da interfaces (e.g., EDI)
- Understanding of system configurion, workflows, and user security roles
- Experience with HRIS implementions, upgrades, or system migrions
- Experience in a multi-ste or global organizion
