Who are we looking for?

A highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related analytical work

A collaborative team member who can partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders

A professional who maintains confidentiality and delivers accurate, audit-ready work

Key Responsibilities:

Support market pricing, salary structure maintenance, and compensation analyses

Assist with incentive plan administration, reporting, and compensation process controls

Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards

Conduct pay equity and compensation-related analyses to support fair and competitive pay practices

Partner with HR and Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and salary recommendations

Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate compensation processes and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education or experience (required)

Experience supporting compensation programs, analytics, reporting, or related business processes

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation / configurations

Experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, or reporting platforms preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
