Human Resources Manager
Location: Pacific, MO – Fully Onsite
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + Bonus. Flexibility up to $130,000 for highly qualified candidates

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact on a manufacturing team? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Pacific, MO plant as a key member of the leadership team. This role offers the chance to shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support operational excellence across our facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with site and functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, workforce planning, and operational needs
	 - Participate in leadership meetings to surface workforce risks, trends, and opportunities
	 - Coach and influence leaders to build capability, accountability, and effective decision-making
	 - Lead employee relations activities including performance management, conduct issues, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations
	 - Ensure consistent policy application while balancing compliance, fairness, and business needs
	 - Partner with Corporate HR and Legal on employee relations matters and policy guidance
	 - Develop and execute human capital strategies focused on talent planning, engagement, development, and retention
	 - Identify capability gaps and implement data-driven workforce solutions
	 - Use HR metrics and reporting to support decisions and measure effectiveness
	 - Oversee core HR operations including staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and L&D
	 - Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR risk
	 - Maintain confidentiality in all employee and business matters
	 - Manage HR systems (UKG, SAP, Dayforce), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and process execution
	 - Improve HR processes through standardization and continuous improvement
	 - Support onboarding, leadership development, and HR training programs
	 - Provide managers with coaching and tools to manage teams and employee issues effectively
	 - This role is part of a planned succession within the HR leadership structure, with visibility into strategic decision-making and long-term growth opportunities
	
What We’re Looking For:
	Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM certification a plus
	
	
	7+ years of related HR experience in a manufacturing environment
	
	
	People leadership experience
	
	
	Strong knowledge of recruiting, federal and state employment laws, FMLA, ADA, and EEO
	
	
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Ultimate Software or Dayforce a plus)
