To flourish in this role, you will:

Employee onboarding - Support coordinating new-hire orientation, documentation, and integration into the organization.

Recruitment support - Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.

HR compliance - Support in maintaining accurate records, ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, and support audits.

Benefits administration - Support Benefits Administration in guiding employees through enrollment, changes, and general benefits questions.

Employee relations - Support the HR Director in staff conflict resolution, performance documentation, and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

2-4 years of HR experience

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Valid driver s license required.
