Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Rec ruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting our companys hiring goals.
Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $25/Hourly
Hours: 8AM - 5PM
Hybrid Role
The Recruiter must reside in Logan, UT or surrounding areas and must be willing to work onsite as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews
- Extend offers and manage onboarding process
- Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
