Sourcing Specialist – Talent Acquisition
Location: Santa Clara, CA 
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Compensation: 48 .00

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist (Sourcer) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Santa Clara. This role is 100% onsite and focuses on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent for technical and specialized roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Seek Out, user groups, industry events, and employee referrals
	 - Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles
	 - Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
	 - Conduct outreach and deliver a strong, personalized candidate experience
	
Market & Talent Insights
- Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers
	 - Track sourcing metrics and recommend improvements for effectiveness
	
Screening & Candidate Qualification
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, experience, and alignment
	 - Present qualified candidate profiles to recruiters and hiring teams
	
Collaboration & Partnership
- Partner with recruiters and HR to understand role requirements
	 - Participate in intake meetings, calibrations, and hiring debrief discussions
	
Tools & Systems
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
	 - Leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)
	
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of sourcing experience in Talent Acquisition
	 - Experience sourcing within semiconductor, capital equipment, or advanced hardware environments
	 - Proven experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., optical, mechanical, electrical engineering, process development)
	 - Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms
	 - Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
	 - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
	 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
	 - Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience supporting high-growth or complex organizations
	 - Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies
	 - Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics
	 - Ability to provide actionable market insights
	
Technical Skills
- Required: ATS/CRM systems, sourcing platforms
	 - Tools: Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Microsoft Office
