This role sits at the intersection of client success, project execution, and strategic partnership, supporting Population Health initiatives while embedded onsite with a key client. Acting as the day-to-day face of Netsmart, this individual will build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a go-to advisor for workflows, initiatives, and ongoing innovation efforts. Success in this role requires a highly proactive, relationship-driven approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs, influence outcomes, and ensure strong adoption and long-term value realization. In parallel, the individual will coordinate projects, align cross-functional teams, and remove barriers to execution across both client and internal environments. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential professional (3-4 years experience) who thrives in a highly visible, client-embedded role and enjoys being on the front lines, driving impact and partnership. This role will be working onsite in Jefferson City, MO, embedded with Netsmart's Client. Responsibilities Support development and management of complex internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve program outcomes by researching program development and management best practices. Responsible for completion of program tasks and deliverables, development of business processes to meet program objectives Lead cross functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience At least 2 years of experience with program administration At least 2 years of experience leading projects, programs, or initiatives Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
