The Executive Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment of leadership, corporate, and hard-to-fill roles across Lifespark. This role goes beyond requisition managementowning talent strategy, workforce insights, and proactive pipeline development aligned to business growth. You will partner closely with executive leaders, hiring managers, and HR to build scalable, high-impact recruiting strategies that strengthen our leadership bench and critical workforce segments. Position: Executive Recruiter Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Lifespark Corporate Office. St. Louis Park, 55416. Hybrid: 2-3 days in office.
