Payments Operations / Workforce Management Analyst Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract through 12/31 with potential extension Hourly Pay: $56.67 We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Payments Operations / Workforce Management Analyst to support several high-impact operational and technology initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Verint, PowerApps, process improvement, and payments operations who enjoy driving operational efficiency and supporting enterprise transformation projects. What You'll Be Doing You may support a combination of the following initiatives: Assist with the rollout and support of a Verint Workforce Management solution Participate in system configuration, testing, UAT coordination, documentation, and SOP/manual creation Support ongoing PowerApps and PEGA-related projects and operational enhancements Help drive process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives Support a new Payments Workforce Management workstream across: Lockbox ACH Wires Sanction Screening Conduct stakeholder interviews and current-state assessments Develop templates, gather operational data, and document findings Partner with business teams to recommend short-term and long-term strategic solutions What We're Looking For Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) tools such as Verint Exposure to PowerApps / Microsoft Power Platform and/or PEGA Experience with UAT testing, documentation, SOP creation, or implementation support Strong process improvement and business analysis skills Familiarity with payments operations including ACH, wires, lockbox, or sanctions screening Ability to gather requirements, conduct interviews, and analyze operational workflows Strong communication and organizational skills Financial services or banking experience preferred Why This Opportunity?
