Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including travel logistics when needed
Act as the primary liaison for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout preboarding
Facilitate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification processes
Ensure completion of all compliance requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify documentation
Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress within ATS and HRIS platforms
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles
Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems (such as Greenhouse or similar platforms)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-focused mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM
Employment Type: 4+ month contract assignment
Compensation: $20-24/hr.
