This is a high-visibility opportunity where you'll partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to drive competitive, data-driven pay practices across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead the annual year-end compensation cycle, including base salary, bonus, and incentive planning aligned with performance management Build and maintain compensation models, tools, and guidelines to support managers and ensure alignment with budget and compensation philosophy Manage benchmarking processes, including survey participation, market analysis, and job matching to maintain competitive pay practices Partner with Talent Management to support offer development and headcount planning Ensure compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements Deliver compensation training and guidance to managers and employees Collaborate with HR leadership to prepare materials for executive leadership and Board-level Compensation Committee meetings What You Bring: 8+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including cycle management, job evaluations, and market pricing Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear insights High level of discretion handling sensitive and confidential information Experience with ADP and/or HR Soft is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Why This Role Stands Out: Opportunity to own and lead key compensation initiatives High level of exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Competitive hourly rate at the top of the market Collaborative environment with strong HR partnership Please apply or send your resume to TNG123 #LI-MO1
