This role is designed to grow over time based on your strengths and interests. Youll start by:Respond to client emails and support day-to-day communicationSupport full cycle recruiting and the employee onboarding experience for clients Assist with HR tasks like job descriptions, onboarding, and employee documentsHelp prepare and format client deliverables (handbooks, forms, reports)Track tasks, deadlines, and time across multiple projectsSupport basic marketing efforts, including social media and event supportWhat We're Looking For Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; concentration in HR preferred. Experience in a professional setting, ideally in HR, marketing, or consulting preferred Bilingual is a plus! (English and Spanish)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative tools, and social media management platforms. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred (or willingness to pursue).
