Performance Management - Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations. HR Systems - Proficient in HRIS platforms for employee data management and reporting. Talent Management & Succession Planning - Assist in identifying high-potential talent and future leaders. Compliance & Employment Law - Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local employment laws. Safety & Employee Well-being - Promote a safe work environment and employee wellness initiatives. Organizational Skills - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation while managing multiple priorities.
