We are seeking an experienced Midstream Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition within the energy sector. In this role, you will oversee sourcing, screening, assessment, and presentation of candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners will be vital in delivering top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates across midstream and related industries.
• Conduct detailed resume reviews and phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure accurate, compliant record-keeping within the Applicant Tracking System, upholding data privacy standards.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, ideally supporting high-volume roles.
• Prior experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
• Background in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
