Assists with developing and processing federal and state grant subawards for community-based behavioral health providers. Coordinates, processes and updates the Bureau's standardized grantee reporting database, ensuring all grantee information and submission documents are current. Provides administrative status reports and compliance metrics. Participates in the Bureau's supplemental monitoring activities by reviewing grant document submissions against all requirements to ensure completeness. Receives, reviews, and prepares responses to requests for information from State and Federal oversight agencies, independent inquiries from authorized individuals, and internal and external State agency staff. Maintains awareness of policies, procedures, protocols and statutes that govern operations conducted at the BBH, emphasizing grantee statutory and regulatory compliance. Assists with maintaining compliance monitoring tools and checklists by uploading documentation, organizing evidence, and tracking outstanding items. Creates, corrects, and finalizes general correspondence for the Compliance Division, including appropriate attachments and references to all relevant rules and regulations.
