In this role, you will lead and enhance our people operations function, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience, while partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, guide employee relations, and drive data-informed decisions.
Salary Range: $86,900 - $128,000
Responsibilities / Duties
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and organizational priorities
Provide guidance and leadership on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Oversee HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce planning to drive data-informed decisions
Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and growth
Support organizational effectiveness through process improvement, change initiatives, and team alignment
Manage compensation practices and support talent and succession planning efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements
Experience using HR data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making
Proven ability to advise and influence leaders on complex people-related issues
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive or high-risk situations
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive alignment across teams
