Position Overview
As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both HR operations and recruiting administration, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organization. This role combines data accuracy, organization, and communication, making it ideal for someone who is detailoriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
HR Administrator Job Responsibilities
Ownership of highvolume PreEmployment and Onboarding processing
Assist with database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.)
Support the HR team with administrative work and special projects
Maintain digital employee files and ensure data accuracy
Perform sensitive data entry and validation
Recruiting Support
Maintain and manage the job board and open requisitions
Refresh job postings regularly
Post new job requisitions
Review job ads for grammar, accuracy, and formatting
Manage user access and permissions within recruiting systems
Assist with job ad edits, updates, and reworks
Confirm candidate interviews and scheduling
Ensure job postings are aligned with the correct dealership budget
Maintain and update the recruitment process tracking spreadsheet
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)
HR Administrator Benefits and Compensation
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience

QualificationsHR Administrator Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or higher preferred
Experience working within an HRIS or managing employee data
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience with CDK DMS is a plus
Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Interest in Human Resources or data/operations work preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a preemployment drug screen.
