About the role and what youll be doing:

+ Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development

+ Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave management, wellness initiatives, and voluntary benefits across global regions

+ Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and open enrollment execution

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations ( ERISA , ACA , COBRA , HIPAA , FMLA ) as well as applicable global regulatory requirements

+ Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards and requirements across regions

+ Develop and execute benefits communication strategies to educate employees and drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle

+ Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and costs to provide insights and recommendations

+ Partner with Payroll, HRIS , and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and system integration

+ Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner

+ Monitor market trends and competitive practices to recommend program improvements and innovations that support talent attraction and retention
