Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and innovation sector , is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team in Maplewood, MN . As a Senior Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting talent acquisition efforts across various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, 4-Days Onsite Per Week)
Pay Range: $48.00/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 6-Months W2 Contract (No C2C!)
Job Function:
- Build and maintain robust external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday.
- Partner strategically with hiring leaders to support recruitment across multiple business groups, including IT and R&D.
- Leverage recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards to identify top talent.
- Conduct proactive market research and develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with stakeholders to inform hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including recruiting for IT roles .
- Experience with technical acumen across various IT roles such as software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with Workday or similar enterprise applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of recruiting data analytics and metrics to measure success.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills.
