Recruiting Coordinator (AGI-SF) Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can pivot quickly, and wants to broaden their experience within a top-tier recruiting function. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and ensure new hires are accurately confirmed and documented. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status through phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that clearly communicate candidate status and pipeline progress. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to hiring teams. Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process. Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the broader recruiting team. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role. Experience handling high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting systems. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in administrative or program coordination work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in recruiting and hiring support. Demonstrated superb customer focus and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and records. Strong time management skills and the ability to shift gears quickly in a rapidly changing environment. Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a professional setting. Work Environment This role operates in a 100% on-site, fast-paced office environment within a high-volume recruiting organization. You will work extensively with recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems, as well as standard office productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The workday involves frequent interaction with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, along with continuous coordination of interviews and meetings. The environment requires adaptability, professionalism, and comfort working under time-sensitive deadlines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.
