Duties
Help
Ensure delivery of the full range of administrive and operional services to the Defense Contract Audit Institute (DCAI). Align branch activities to support Agency policies, procedures, and mission, and directives of management.
Supervise and lead personnel and varying responsibilities and grade levels and provide directions and guidance to assigned staff regarding workload requirements
Analyze trends and metrics to manage and develop programs; oversee policy development, program compliance, and program execution.
Responsible for day-to-day and stregic level planning; define scope of work for portfolio; develop project plans and timelines, and determine resource requirements.

Qualificions
You may qualify for considerion if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, educion requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualificion requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing de of the announcement, unless otherwise indiced on the announcement.
You must meet the minimum qualificion requirements as sted in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Opering Manual, Qualificion Standards for General Schedule Positions,
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience the GS-13 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: experience leading instructional teams and overseeing the day-to-day operions of a training organizion including collaboring with senior leadership on stregic learning initiives, while also managing tactical functions such as program and project management and da analysis, management, and visualizion.
Volunteer Experience : Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through Nional Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizions (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience th transles to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
