Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Line of Business (LoB) leaders to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted recruitment advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Own end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate, compelling, and compliant job descriptions aligned with business needs
- Post roles across relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels to maximize candidate reach
- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, internal databases, and networking, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion
- Screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including interview feedback and hiring decisions
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports, providing quarterly insights to leadership
- Review internal compensation frameworks to ensure market alignment and salary parity for external hires
- Manage offer and post-selection processes, including offer extensions, candidate negotiations, and onboarding documentation
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency
- Perform additional duties as required to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to technical and/or international hiring
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment laws
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring teams
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, reporting dashboards, or workforce planning
- Exposure to employer branding or diversity hiring initiatives
