Description:
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8-hour shifts
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Location: Company is located outside of Manitowoc. Reliable transportation is required.
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and support various HR functions. This role is responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with employee relations, training, safety documentation, and internal communications.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Conduct background checks and schedule pre-employment drug screens
Ensure all new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation are completed accurately
Assist with new employee orientation, including training materials and forms
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and forklift inspection checklists
Distribute internal employee communications as requested
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work regulations
Perform additional administrative and office duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
Previous recruiting or staffing experience in a manufacturing environment required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Team-oriented with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
