Health &Safety Manager (JTK)

Global Ingrdients Processor with 14k employees worldwide is in need of a Health & Safety Manager for their Baltimore facility due to a retirement. The site has 400+ employees operating 24/7 with 12+ packaging lines.

The H&S Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager is responsible in oversight capacity for optimizing th safety & health processes withing the local group. They will lead the health & safety efforts within the plant6, working closely with corporate and plant persopnnel to maximize overall efficiency and effectiveness of health & safety efforths

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or relatede field
• Strong knowledge federal, state and local regulations as well as relevant consensus standards (e.g. ANSI, NFPA)
• Workers Compensation Claims Management Experience
• Return-To-Work Program Management Experience
• Behavioral Safety Auditing Experience
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis experience
