Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to share progress on searches, discuss candidate pipelines, and align on hiring decisions. Utilize talent acquisition and recruitment methodologies to identify, engage, and evaluate high-quality candidates. Support a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional process. Skills and Qualifications Required 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience for consideration at the junior recruiter level. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for consideration at the mid-level recruiter level. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience overall. Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Proven experience recruiting for salaried roles, including supply chain, finance, and management-level positions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively while managing multiple requisitions. Experience in human resources or a closely related function. Bachelor's degree. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in candidate documentation. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Work Environment This role is based onsite in Oshkosh in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position offers some flexibility after the initial training period, allowing for a degree of adaptability in how you structure your workday. You will work closely with hiring managers and colleagues in human resources, using standard recruiting tools and systems to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.
