The Compensation Analyst or Compensation Analyst 2 supports the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs for St. Luke's. Support compensation activities including analysis, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Handles moderately to moderately complex compensation issues and applies solid knowledge of subject matter. Partner with leadership to provide wage recommendations, guidance on special pay, and interpretation of compensation policies. Produce reports and analyzes data to support cost analysis and decision making. Conducts audits and validation reviews to ensure data accuracy and resolve identified issues. Participates in compensation project including the annual salary administration process May conduct job evaluations and use market data to establish appropriate pay ranges based on role scope. May support the review pay policies, procedures and/or programs; completes updates as needed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree Experience: 2-4 years' relevant experience Licenses/Certifications: None
