Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain HR policies across multiple offices while keeping everything compliant and consistent
- Advise leadership on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and hiring for non-attorney roles
- Manage performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee development processes
- Lead benefits administration and HR budgeting
- Handle employee exits including documentation and exit interviews
- Ensure HR systems, processes, and reporting run smoothly across the firm
- Travel between offices as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of senior HR experience; ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and leadership advisory work
- Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and compensation processes
- Familiar with HRIS, payroll, performance, and recruiting systems
- HR certifications preferred but not required
