Overview Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and may assist in department projects which will offer a productive learning environment with flexibility. Job Summary: Assists and supports various personnel, recruiting, phone screening, benefits and training functions. Provide support for administrative and store personnel as needed. Responsibilities Job Duties: Maintain complete confidentiality with personnel and payroll information at all times Assist in the maintenance of employee personnel records Assist to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws Assist with screening candidates, scheduling employment interviews and with any follow-up for onboarding requirements Identify, engage, and assess candidates for unique and difficult to fill positions Assist with employee seminars, contests, luncheons, and other employee engagement activities as needed Assist in the preparation of communication and mailings to employees Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED In progress or recently completed - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Employee Development, Business Administration or related field. Experience: Preferred: 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role or in an office setting Must be actively enrolled in a degreed college program Special Conditions of Employment: Criminal background check Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Drug Test Must sign a confidentiality agreement to protect corporate information Compensation: 18.00 per hour
