About the Role We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinkingSenior Human Resources Managerto lead HR operations at our Arkansas City, KS facility. This role is a critical business partner to site leadership, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for building high-performing teams.
