This is a hybrid role with in-person requirements / partial remote options.
Before applying, please ensure the following:
- 13 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- You live within 1 hour of Columbia or Jefferson City, MO
- Ability to work on-site 5 days/week during the initial onboarding period
- After onboarding, opportunity for hybrid work (up to 3 days/week remote) based on performance
- If relocating, confirmed plans with timeline are required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
In this role, youll operate as a true recruitment partner, supporting hiring across multiple programs and service lines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking
- Screen applicants (including HiredScore) and conduct interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate hiring events such as job fairs, interview days, and community outreach efforts
- Manage requisitions and candidate workflows within Workday
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Represent Centerstones mission and culture to candidates and partners
Were looking for someone who combines strong recruiting fundamentals with energy, adaptability, and a people-first mindset:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-service mindset with a focus on candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working with data and using insights to drive decisions
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Confidence supporting presentations, hiring events, and stakeholder conversations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelors degree + 1 year of recruiting experience
OR - Associate degree or High School Diploma + minimum of 3 years of full-time recruiting experience
- 29 days of PTO annually (vacation + holidays)

Salaries start within $52,000-$54,000+ based on experience and/or credentials plus quarterly bonus incentive potential based on core job duty performance
