Bilingual Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified candidates for our clients. This role is fastpaced and peoplefocused, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and matching talent with opportunity.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews and evaluate skills and job fit
Match candidates to open positions and coordinate client interviews
Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
Manage onboarding, orientation, and assignment followup
Keep accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with company and client requirements

Qualifications
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with job boards, ATS systems, and basic computer tools
