Join the xFact / DataServ team as our next Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources and recruiting operations. This position focuses on coordinating recruiting activities, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee documentation, daily HR administrative functions and assisting with miscellaneous office activities.

What youll do:
Recruiting:
Partners with Human Resources Manager on staffing objectives
Monitor and support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activities, including posting new requisitions and reviewing applicant submissions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Conduct and assist with candidate screening calls
Assist with new employee onboarding process by scheduling and conducting orientations and training, updating records, and other tasks as needed
Human Resources
Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from staff and answer / escalate as required
Oversee inbound employee documentation and maintain records in all appropriate systems
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including employee facing SharePoint site
Immigration compliance and work authorization support for staff
Processes various reports and focuses on the administrative tasks associated with HR reporting, policy and procedure
Office Administration
Maintain office organization, supplies, and inventory
Order lunches, set up and tear down
Assist with building vendor and support processes
Help team members with various clerical tasks and special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
What we require:
Education:
Associates degree, bachelors degree., or related professional experience in relevant field
Experience:
One to two years in a HR recruiting or coordinator role
Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Experience in Applicant Tracking systems and Paylocity HRIS is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Additional proficiencies we seek:
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both collaborative team and customer-facing environments
High degree of professionalism to appropriately act as a representative of the organization
