Director of Recruiting Hospitality (Remote with Travel)

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a stregic and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition initiives across a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise recruiting stregies, building scalable hiring processes, and partnering closely with executive and operional teams to drive organizional growth.
This is a remote-based role, ideally loced in or near NYC, with travel required to support leadership alignment, market growth initiives, and hiring stregies across multiple locions.
Only candides with hospitality industry experience will be considered.
Wh Youll Do- Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for management and hourly positions across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts
- Develop and execute stregic talent acquisition initiives aligned with company growth objectives
- Partner with executive and operional leadership teams to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning stregies
- Build, mentor, and develop recruiting teams while establishing best practices and performance standards
- Cree and maintain strong talent pipelines for leadership and critical operional roles
- Travel to support new openings, hiring initiives, leadership meetings, and recruiting events
- Enhance employer branding efforts and improve candide traction stregies
- Oversee recruiting systems, sourcing methodologies, and candide experience initiives
- Analyze and report on recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce da to guide stregic decisions
- Drive process improvement initiives to increase hiring efficiency and overall talent quality
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition and recruiting experience required, with significant experience supporting multi-unit hospitality operions
- Prior leadership experience managing recruiting teams or enterprise-level talent stregies strongly preferred
- Agency backgrounds are not preferred
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting and executive/leadership hiring
- Demonstred success building scalable recruiting infrastructures and talent pipelines
- Proven ability to work remotely while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed (estimed 2040%)
- Excellent communicion, leadership, organizional, and relionship-building skills
- Experience with ATS plforms, recruiting technologies, and sourcing tools
