The Franchise Sales Recruiter is responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchise partners for the companys expanding QSR brands. This role manages the franchise sales process from lead generion through signed agreements while supporting market expansion initiives and franchise partner success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute franchise growth stregies aligned with company expansion goals
- Genere, qualify, and manage franchise leads through networking, referrals, brokers, and events
- Manage the full franchise sales pipeline from initial inquiry through closing
- Conduct discovery calls, presentions, and candide evaluions
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting reports
- Coordine with operions, finance, legal, and real este teams during onboarding and development
- Represent the company franchise and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relionships with franchise partners
- 37+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise sales, QSR operions, or business development
- Strong understanding of franchising and QSR industry operions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and development goals
- Excellent communicion, presention, and negotiion skills
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Ability to travel as needed
