We are looking for a Sr Recruiter who brings strong capability in end to end recruitment and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. Key Accountabilities What you'll do: Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and recruitment funnel performance Build and maintain future candidate pipelines for recurring or strategic roles Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidate fit for skills, experience, and culture. Skills & Requirements Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, timelines, and team expectations. Schedule interviews, manage communication between candidates and interviewers, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain professional, timely communication and provide a positive experience throughout recruitment. Prepare offers, negotiate compensation where appropriate, and support acceptance and onboarding. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78k - $100k, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
