High Volume Recruiter - Auburn, ME
Adecco Staffing is working internally to grow our team in Auburn, ME and is currently hiring for a High Volume Recruiter to support our expanding business! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has experience recruiting within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.
This position will start as a temporary assignment with the goal of converting to a full time Adecco employee based on performance and business needs. Once converted, this position offers strong career growth opportunities, PTO, benefits,pensation plans, and the opportunity to grow within one of the largest staffinganizations in the world.
Position: High Volume Recruiter
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (Fully In Office)
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour to start, depending on experience
Location: Auburn, ME
Job Duties:
Recruit high volumes of candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates
Maintain strongmunication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems daily
Work closely with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs
Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
Requirements:
Previous recruiting experience required
Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Strongmunication andanizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred
Team oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
