You'll be: Supporting full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. Greeting prospective Candidates, answering phones, and assisting with onboarding processes Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active candidates using job boards and applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn). Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an industrial or warehouse capacity Are customer-centric and able to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners. Are results-driven, focused, and resilient in accomplishing tasks and goals. Possess strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with minimal direction. Demonstrate adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to handle changing or ambiguous scenarios.
