Recruiter Location: Houston, TX Pay: $40-$45, DOE Benefits: Medical Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field and operations roles from intake through offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning. Source candidates using job boards, ATS databases, social media, referrals, and networking strategies. Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring progress. Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, hiring events, and workforce outreach efforts. Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or industrial recruiting environments. Proven experience recruiting for field-based or skilled labor roles such as: Field Service Technicians Manufacturing/Production employees CNC Machinists Warehouse Associates Maintenance Technicians Skilled Trades positions Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday strongly preferred. Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline management skills. Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
