Adecco Staffing is partnering with our local client in Chattanooga, TN to hire Recruiting Coordinator. This is a full-time, short-term opportunity offeringpetitive pay and steady hours. Position is expected to last approximately 3-4 months.

Job Title- Recruiting Coordinator

Schedule-Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm This is a hybrid role. Must work in the office 3 days a week.

Pay Rate $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

(Compensation based on experience and skill level)

The Recruiting Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is responsible for coordinating interview logistics, managing scheduling, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and supporting recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Must have stronganization,munication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills

Previous recruiting experience preferred

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
