Remote Healthcare Recruiter Permanent Placement / Commission-Based

Connexis Search Group is looking for a remote recruiter to help us identify, contact, and qualify candidates for healthcare and life science clients.

This is not a staffing role. We work in permanent placement recruiting, meaning we help companies hire candidates for full-time positions.

This opportunity is best for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable talking with people, organized, and good with technology.

What Youll Do

You will contact candidates for active client searches and work to secure interviews with our clients. In many cases, we will provide candidate lists for you to call. Other times, you may use our recruiting tools and software to help identify candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Calling and texting prospective candidates
Screening candidates for active job openings
Presenting qualified candidates to our team
Helping secure completed client interviews
Following up with candidates throughout the process
Using recruiting software, ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn, and other online tools
Compensation

This is a performance-based recruiting opportunity.

You will be paid when candidates you recruit complete interviews with our clients. You will also earn a much larger commission when one of your candidates is hired by a client.

A realistic conservative income estimate is approximately:

$20,000 per year from completed candidate interviews
Another $20,000+ per year from placement commissions

Some of our recruiters earn significantly more, but we want to be conservative and realistic for someone starting out.

Requirements

You must have:

Your own computer
Reliable internet connection
Your own cell phone
A quiet place to work remotely
Strong communication skills
Good computer and software skills
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
Ability to stay organized and follow a process
Willingness to make outbound calls consistently

We do not provide equipment when you first start. After someone has been with us for a period of time and has proven to be productive, additional support can be discussed.
