Seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter with 5–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume full-cycle recruiting. This role focuses on college recruitment, intern hiring, and building strong relationships with universities to support campus hiring initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, organizing career fairs and on-campus hiring events, and handling offers through ATS. Position is fully remote, with travel to universities required during September, October, early November, January, and February (travel expenses covered by the company). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources preferred.
