How you create impact

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist plays a key role in driving organizational performance through datadriven insights, talent strategies, and strong business partnership. This role works closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support longterm growth.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into scalable talent and workforce strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing datadriven insights that inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and future talent needs
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics to support workforce planning
  • Lead core talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Identify and develop highpotential talent and support leadership development initiatives
  • Collaborate with Compensation COE on pay decisions, market analysis, and annual compensation cycles
  • Leverage AIenabled tools and digital HR technologies to enhance analytics and streamline processes
  • Support organization design, workforce planning, and capabilitybuilding initiatives
  • Act as a change agent, guiding leaders through transformation and organizational change
  • Implement and continuously improve HR programs and processes across the business
What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including work in business partnering, talent management, or workforce analytics
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a matrixed organization is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with handson experience using HR data, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Background in workforce planning, talent analytics, and organizational design
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to operational and organizational goals
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-TD1
