We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staffing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding new employees. You will play a crucial role in aligning our staffing needs with the strategic goals of the organization, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in various recruiting methodologies, including technical recruiting and executive recruiting.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles.
Leverage social media platforms for recruitment purposes, enhancing our employer brand and reaching a wider audience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open lines of communication with new hires throughout the onboarding process.

Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or staffing roles, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred.
Familiarity with ATS systems or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage executive recruiting processes effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers.
