A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll operations for the cluster Colombia (Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana) within the Latin America HR Hub. You will manage the payroll cycle, executed by our payroll vendor, while ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve inquiries and maintain high service standards. Your work will directly support operational continuity and compliance across the region.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Execute end-to-end payroll audit for employees in Colombia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Manage and validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and variable compensation)
  • Administer benefits, social security contributions, and statutory deductions within the payroll system
  • Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting obligations
  • Prepare and submit mandatory statutory reports and support internal/external audits
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders, resolving payroll-related inquiries and ensuring service excellence

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll auditing, preferably in Colombia
  • Proven knowledge of Colombian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Additional skills:

  • Curious with a tech mindset (Agent builder, Copilot) that ensure continuous improvement of processes
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluent business English
  • Team player, attentive to details, ability to analyze and solve problems
