Summary The Benefits Analyst III assists with the administration of benefit plans and programs by aiding in the administration, analysis, benchmarking, training, implementation, and communication of related benefit plans and programs. Analyzes current benefits trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation. Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings. May lead and direct the work of lower-level benefits analysts. May provide recommendations of benefit programs to management. Additional Job Description Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 5-7 years of direct Human Resources experience specializing in employee benefits.
