Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, and/or Director of Human
Resources, this role is responsible for entering and maintaining employee data in the
HRIS system, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. It manages
recruitment programs in compliance with applicable laws and policies, and oversees
employee benefit administration by processing benefits paperwork, offering guidance,
resolving inquiries, and preparing educational materials. Maintains confidentiality of all
privileged information.
