Senior Manager, HR Shared Services (HR Operations)
Location: Deer Park, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote)

Compensation:
$175,000 - $180,000 base salary + 20% annual bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to oversee and expand a growing HR Shared Services function based in Deer Park, TX. This role will lead HR operations across multiple functional areas and play a key role in driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and service delivery excellence during a period of organizational growth and integration.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing leaders, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable HR operations that support a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of HR managers and their respective teams
Oversee core HR operations, including:
HR Data & HRIS (Workday preferred)
Talent Administration
Benefits and Leave Administration (with dotted-line oversight)
Drive process improvement initiatives through standardization, automation, and optimization
Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to align processes and improve service delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and overall service performance
Support organizational changes and integration efforts while maintaining stable HR operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of Human Resources experience
7+ years of experience in HR Operations
Proven experience managing managers and leading multi-level teams
Strong background in HR process improvement and operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a collaborative, non-disruptive manner
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Background in HR Shared Services or global HR operations
HR or project management certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP)
Experience with vendor management and process governance
