Responsibilities: Review and source candidates Evaluate inbound applicants through Indeed and your ATS, flagging strong fits and keeping pipelines organized and up to date. Schedule first-round interviews Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate timely, well-organized first-round interviews for candidates across open roles. Coordinate second-round interviews Work directly with Hiring Managers to schedule and facilitate second-round interviews, managing logistics and keeping all parties informed.
